This resulted in over two hours of unnecessary delays before we were finally given access to the room. Additionally, the listing advertised wired internet; however, when we attempted to use it, it was not working. Instead of assisting us, the staff member simply gave us a phone number to call, which caused us to spend another hour trying to resolve the issue ourselves, which never ended up getting resolved. "
