My husband and I loved the hot tub, staff and service were very great. The hotel is clean and well taken care of, along with the housekeeping staff that cleaned our room while staying. Front desk staff were great! And accommodations were excellent! Would surely book again when coming to Fort Collins.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The only complaints we have are the fact the hot tub was out of order due to a gasket repair, and we do understand those things happen, and the manager was very apologetic about it. The other complaint was our coffee maker in our room was missing a part, so we could not make coffee in our room, so a bit of an inconvenience, again manager was very apologetic. But overall our stay was nice and relaxing for our anniversary weekend, and the customer service was amazing. Already planning for next year.
