Fantastic location

We loved the staff, location, personalized service, daily tea (5-9pm) and daily breakfast till noon. Our rate also included complimentary port and complimentary cherry liqueur. There was a kettle in the room with instant coffee and espresso as well as tea bags. Our welcome gift gave us free entry to a long list of museums, which was an added bonus. Location was great and the hotel was ‘old school’. They took luggage to our room, and had turndown service. Treats delivered to room 1st night with a nice bottle of Port. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We would and have recommended this hotel.

Excellent room

I loved the location, the building. It was beautiful. I would maybe update a little the bathroom, but otherwise it was a superb view. Big windows with Juliette balconies. Tall ceilings. Great service.

Great location and beautiful amenities!

I was beyond impressed with the facility, location but above all, the staff. The personnel was so kind, attentive and professional that this factor alone made my stay very enjoyable and pleasant. Coming back at night after a long walk around the city to sit in a quiet and beautifully decorated salon listening to an Amazing pianist was the cherry on top. I also was received at breakfast with a very much appreciated token for my birthday. Thank you very much!!!!!

What a fantastic hotel! The room was spacious and clean and modern. The restaurant offers delicious food for breakfast and dinner. And, the staff are top notch, friendly and efficient. Thank you for everything. We will definitely stay here again.

There was not one thing about this hotel experience that was less than first-rate. It was even better than it looked online. Breakfast was spectacular, staff was tremendous, room was perfect, quiet, comfortable. Would return here again in a heartbeat.

Pool was closed for maintenance but everything else was great.

Décorations soignée. Propre. Bon petit déjeûner. Personnel courtois.

Surrounded by restaurants bakeries but easy to get out of city as well centrally located

Bonjour J’ai juste fait une nuit mais personnel très accueillant, disponible et serviable. Petit bémol au sayana , elles doivent donner des explications sur le processus ne pas assumer que les gens connaissent cela . Cela peut être la première fois que quelqu’un fasse du sauna où hammam. C’est juste une suggestion pour améliorer le service. Sinon tout est correct. Personnel très serviable et respectueux. À l écoute des besoins et j’ai aimé d’avoir un petit déjeuner à emporter comme je quittais...

Breakfast buffet was more than substantial! Staff were helpful and friendly. Retrieved a left article and had it ready for our next visit!
