« This hotel is false advertisement. The rooms smell so bad. Sheets had stains on them. They also had not been changed. Dog hair and dirt all over them. The pool is NOT open nor will it be for a while. There is NO breakfast like it says online either. The rooms are in major need of upgrades. If there was a way to get my money back I would. I would have much rather slept in my car. But you get what you pay for I guess. If there was a 0 stars I would definitely of hit that. »

« Excellent location. Very easy to get walk to places to eat and shop. The Rail Trail was great for brisk walks and it’s right next to the house. The property was very clean and reasonably well furnished. It really fit our purpose and we’d recommend it if your travels take you to Lincolnton. »

« The house looks very much as pictured. Asthetically pleasing to the eye from a distance. Up close we found writing on the walls, excessive scuffs, second hand furniture, dryer that took 2x runs to dry, broken dishwasher and busted bed in the master bedroom. We had problems with the thermostat being set on a program and it was 68 degrees. We like it 70-71. We could not override the program so the temp stayed cool.
