"Didn’t like the staff that was there when I checked in but hotel was clean room nice"

"The room rates around CLT are so high I found the need to economise. Room 300 was good but too distant (?) to connect wifi, I had to go out down the hall to connect. I selected Wingate on price, checkout time (noon) and free shuttle & breakfast. You have to call for the shuttle to come to airport and a nice man let me know that as well as borrow his phone, thankfully. Breakfast was very basic as were in room amenities (no tea). It was ok. Had a good sleep."

"Very nice and clean property. We had a good stay overall but being on 3rd floor with elevator broken really messed us up with 2 young kids. We stayed a week so needless to say we had alot of things to carry. Disappointed that the higher ups didnt work harder to get that fixed. "
