Pets should not be left unattended for long periods unless crated. Any damage caused by pets is the guest’s responsibility. Unauthorized pets will be charged at $250 plus any associated cleaning or damage fees. Guest & Visitor Policy: Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. No unregistered guests or visitors beyond those included in the booking. Housekeeping & Cleanliness: Please wash dishes and leave the home in a generally tidy condition upon checkout. Trash day is Monday. Roll the trash bin to the street on Sunday night, as pickup happens early in the morning. Trash should be disposed of in the designated bins before departure. If anything breaks or is damaged, kindly notify us immediately. Excessive cleaning: $150 per hour for additional cleaning Parking: Off-street and on-street parking are available. There is no HOA, so trailers and work trucks may be parked on the grass next to the road. Please do not park directly in the yard or on landscaped areas. Lockbox & Access: There is a lockbox on the front door and an additional lockbox on the property. If the smart lock batteries wear out or you lock yourself out, please contact the host, and we will provide you with the lockbox code. Water & Septic System: The home is on a septic system – Please only flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, or anything else, as it could cause plumbing issues. The home is also on a well water system. Water pressure may fluctuate, especially if multiple fixtures are in use at the same time. Water may have a natural mineral taste due to the well system. In freezing temperatures, please leave one faucet dripping overnight to prevent pipes from freezing.
