« Condo was beautiful and very clean. Ice maker wasn’t working but as soon we contacted the owner he had two bags of ice in the freezer by the time we got back. If you’re staying for attending an event at the Spectrum center it will take you about 20 or so minutes to get there, not the 12 mins it says. That is not a complaint but an fyi ! »

« We found your condo to be cozy, comfortable and very well located for our needs in Charlotte. Directions were easy to follow and check in was a breeze. « The frig front was dirty, the tub had hair in it, the windows and sills in the main bedroom were dirty, the tub and the bathroom sink did not drain properly, shower curtain rod kept falling, and someone was smoking on the patio above us. Overall property is a bit run down (stairs are definitely a slip risk!). Also, would help if there were directions for all the remotes...I did love the main bedroom bed and pillows, the decor is absolutely adorable, the large TV's were great, and the proximity...

"Hotel très agréable, très facile d’accès depuis l’aéroport, très moderne, les chambres sont très grandes, le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique, le petit déjeuner est très bien. Mais l’hôtel présente un défaut majeur, il y a plus de bruit de climatisation dans la chambre, que l’on ne peut pas contrôler, que dans les parties communes. Une chambre d’hôtel devrait être calmé silencieuse pour permettre à ses occupants de dormir. C’est très dommage !"
