It was impeccably clean with lots of windows, easy-to-use blinds, modern sleek decor, and top-of-the-line appliances including a full size washer & dryer. The mattress was firm; the sheets were super soft. Roomy shower with a fancy shower head and GREAT water pressure. We were in Charlotte for an event at the Convention Center and my husband walked there (although I took an Uber for just 5-9.) Be prepared for a few stairs as there are about 40 steps to the 2nd floor. There are 2 stairwells, be sure to use the one that’s closest to the street. The host responds quickly with directions or to answer any questions. The condo is well-stocked - but if you need anything, a convenience store is a 5-minute walk around the block.
