"Good communication"

"Great location, clean and cute"

"Ideal place to stay if you value elegance but just need a place to stay!"

"Property was nice"

"It was exactly as described."

"Very nice and helpful host. We had very comfortable stay."

"Place was pretty clean. Maybe a little xtra vacuuming could have been done under the beds. But, otherwise clean. Short on tp and paper towels and bath towels. The beds are very hard and the seating in the living area is also pretty hard and uncomfortable. But for the price it is a great deal for a short stay. The hallway smells very strong of marijuana. The communication was excellent and check in as well. I would stay here again. For a short trip."

"Great place to stay"

"Host are very kind, place is convenient off the free way with alot if shopping and activities."

"Finding the apartment took a little while, nice clean apartment. Only bad thing about the 3 day stay was another tenant would leave their dog on their patio all day, and it was outside my balcony in next set of apartments, and the noise was horrible. I stayed gone so I didn’t have to listen to it. Property Management should surely do something about it."

"Room was in good condition rather sparsely furnished but great location and met our needs. The "linens for the futon in master closet" turned out to be one sheet on a shelf"

"Our stay was great! The unit had more to offer than we expected as it was a full kitchen and there was a great TV, games to play and the bed was quite comfortable. The best part was the location as it is right next to State Farm Cardinal Stadium, so just a short walk away to the game we attended. It also had great access to Westgate Entertainment District which has restaurants, bars, an AMC movie theater, a comedy club and so much more. The location was the best part of our stay as...

"The hot tub was broken for the entire week, the pool got closed a couple days to everyone to penalize the long term tenants. All but one of the grills were broken, the dog park was closed/broken gate for a couple days. Overall, I booked this place because it had amenities that my kids and family would have enjoyed if they were open and working. Without those amenities, it was overpriced. Unfortunately, it seems like the place is falling into disrepair."

"Exactly a mile from the stadium and from the shopping outlets, has a garage which meant the world to my wife and this place is immaculate with a fitness room and outdoor pool"

"Very easy communication and access! Beautiful pool and unbelievable gym ! "

"Property was fantastic and so close to everything. I went to a concert and it was less than 5 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again if I travel to Glendale for another show."
