The room was spacious and clean. The staff had a hard time checking people in at the time. Maybe it was a staffing issue, however we did not get into our room until over half hour after check in time.

We loved the size of the condo that we were in. Kitchen worked great for our family of 4 as did the living and dining room areas. The outdoor patio was nice along with the gate that we could use to access the pool and amenities. It was nice to have the 'green belt' at the back of the condo and it was a very quite experience. The property felt quite a bit older than we expected, however the bathrooms, were recently updated. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything you would need to cook your meals. They provided salt/pepper, paper towels, dish soap, new kitchen sponge, and 4 dishwasher pods (we were there 4 days so maybe that's why we had 4). I asked ahead of arrival about coffee, was wondering if it was a drip coffee pot or Keurig so I could bring the right coffee, and was told they have a drip pot and they provided coffee. Only 1 packet was provided, I had to request more for each day. I think they could make some easy changes, which would definitely increase my overall rating. 1. The condo could have been cleaner. There was hair in the shower, the floors were dirty (our feet were black when we walked barefoot), and overall attention to cleaning details would improve the experience. The furniture was very musty smelling which was difficult for one of our daughters who slept on the loft murphy bed. The furniture felt old and not quite clean. 2. Once checked in, there is not cleaning service provided, you can request linens daily but the old ones just stacked up

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if I could give more I would I had a wonderful stay! The room was exceptionally clean, the pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the grounds were impeccably maintained. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and truly made the experience even better. My only suggestion would be to offer a few more food options for outdoor dining and room service. Other than that, everything was fantastic. I cannot wait to come back. It was truly a phenomenal stay!

Conrad was extremely professional and took his job of safety and security to the next level. Very personable. Hot tub was broke and steam room didn’t work. Awesome property otherwise.
