"A continental breakfast was not offered. They had a bistro which was very expensive. My first room did not appear to be vacuumed or cleaned very well. My second room was cleaned a little bit better but had not been cleaned behind anything for quite some time. I had to use a microwave in the lobby which was really nasty. The refrigerator would only work for 2 hours at a time. You had to keep pushing a button inside the refrigerator to keep it cool. I waited for 15 minutes in line to get a receipt for my stay and was told I don't get a receipt because I booked it with Expedia. I was told I had to log on to Expedia to get it. Not a good experience for being a marriott!"

"The email confirmation I received said check out was noon. The housekeeper was knocking at the door at 11:04am. We told her we were leaving at 12 and she said no, check out is 11am. We didn’t feel like arguing so we rushed to pack and left. No blanket on the bed; just a very thin top sheet and the decorative cover. Water randomly gets extremely hot every 30 seconds, without touching the knob. Definitely won’t be staying here again. Not worth the price at all."

"The shower pressure was good. Room was ok. A few things needed to be fixed like nightstand drawer not closing, toilet paper holder coming out of the wall. The bathroom counter was small. The area seemed safe, I was a solo female traveler and felt fine for the 4 night stay I had. It’s close to stores and the freeway, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again."

"The worst Hot Breakfast. While the breakfast sandwiches were in a heated buffet server, they were not warm. The sandwiches were cold and there was no way for guests to heat them. The oatmeal was as thick as school paste and very little in the pot at 8:00 a.m.. The only other item which could be considered warm was pancakes and the machine was not working. The coffee was even terrible, even though it is made by individual cups."

"Hotel, room and grounds were exceptionally clean. Staff was very helpful. Manager makes sure guests needs are taken care of and makes guests feel special."

"When I showed up at the hotel they told me it was oversold and they sent me to a Hilton Garden Inn, however they gave me the address to the wrong hotel. Even though I asked for confirmation that it was a hotel four miles away. So after a lecture by that properties manager regarding company billing. I contacted Embassy whe eventually gave me the correct address. An hour lost after a long workday. Hilton / Embassy you left this customer feeling very under appreciated. "
