First contact with check-in staff was off-putting - stood at the desk for several minutes with no one there, finally did a “hello? Anyone there?” and after another minute someone slowly walked out from the back, looking annoyed, and checked us in. However, everyone we interacted with after that was terrific and super-helpful! Overall very nice stay, highly recommend."
