« We loved our stay at Alam Jepun Villas and will definitely be back. Staff are friendly and helpful. Our villa was perfect- spacious, clean, well equipped, good wifi and air con, lovely bathroom and the kitchen and outdoor seating areas are great. The location is close to everything- restaurants, convenience stores, the beach, shops. We happily walked everywhere. « Je ne comprends pas les commentaires extrêmement positifs que j'ai lu sur le site avant mon départ. À croire que nous n'avons pas été au même endroit. La villa est conforme aux photos, mais le personnel n'est pas aimable du tout ( surtout le jeune homme de l'accueil ) et ce n'est pas propre ! La villa est très sale: draps et serviettes avec des traces et des cheveux. La piscine est trouble. L'eau de la douche est visqueuse, le lavabo bouché, la salle de bain est pleine d'insectes ( fourmis...

« This is a truly blissful place to stay. The villa was very spacious for the two of us. The pool was stunning and we spent much of our time there. The staff were lovely. « 新しいヴィラで口コミが少なく、特に日本人の口コミを見かけなかったため少し不安でしたが、泊まって大正解のヴィラでした！ 施設の広さもプールも3人には十分すぎるくらいでした。スタッフの方々もとても親切でした。基本的なもの（歯ブラシ、綿棒、コットン等）は揃っていますが、コンディショナーはありません。 毎日人数分の水を下さり、コンセントが多めだったのがとても有り難かったです。 ヴィラの周りはレストランやスーパー、コンビニ等があまりないためgrabでの移動が基本となります。 強いて言うならば、ヴィラの入り口のドアの建て付けが少し悪いことと室内の広さに対してゴミ箱が少ないことが気になりました。 ただ、本当に良いヴィラだったのでおすすめです。 »
