The staff was great and very kind. Our package included breakfast which was delicious. The room was very clean and well maintained. Just a bit more outdated than the other rooms. We had a lovely time. Meant for couples.

La Vie is such a cute and romantic place tucked away from the busy and loud tourist attractions. It was a perfect size for my husband and i to hangout in private. I love the private pool and swing. The food service was great but can add up by checkout. The bathroom lights in our unit died twice but after notifying staff it was taken cared of immediately. Some of the sheets had stains and appeared that it just doesn't come out after wash so we left it as is.

The staff was very friendly when we checked in. However, despite multiple check-ups by the staff in charge (while we were waiting a very long time) the bed sheets were terribly stained! Even after changing to "fresh" sheets - these were stained as well. Overall it took 4 changes to find clean sheets. The last day house cleaning forgot to change out towels despite us asking for fresh towels - be careful, some of those are stained as well! I really do not want to know what these stains are from... The door lock in our villa did not work, but luckily we could switch into another villa with a kind of working lock - and dirty sheets, that got quickly changed (again). As said, the staff has been very friendly the entire time but their english is not the best, so expect some communication difficulties. Villa design is very cool and got great features! But even the sofa and chairs already have permanent (gross) stains from previous guests, which makes the whole experience less enjoyable. Especially given this place is not cheap and rather new.

Romantic and beautiful

The villa rooms are so romantic and amazing and I love that it's all private and you have your own pool! The breakfast and the staff are both incredible! The only con is that the walls are thin so if you're next to noisy people, you have to call the front desk to ask them to quiet down which is what I did when a group of noisy girls were playing loud music at 1 a.m!

Cute villa with plenty of photo ops!

The service was awesome! We love the little details that they put in: writing my name Ong the white board before I checked in, having my name got ironed on a coconut as welcome drink, different towel animals/theme placed on our beds after turn down each night, and even a picture of my Husband and I for keepsake. The room was generally clean and comfy but somethings can be improved. Firstly, the sheets had some yellow stains here and there, we understand that they can be clean sheets but just the sight of slight yellow on all white sheets.. makes you wonder what stains they are. The towels also had some stains too. Secondly, despite having 2 aircons and a fan, the room is still not very cool during hot noons (was sweating slight while packing for check out). Lastly, the power went out a couple of times during my stay and the water was even cut for a while on my last day. Other than these small issues, the other aspects were great and I especially appreciate the recep girls’ smiley faces when we passed by the office everyday. One thing to note though, the villa is not situated near any happening areas so we can’t really just stroll out for food/shopping. However, transport via the Go-Jek app was really cheap and convenient so we could easily take a car out as and when.

Beautiful and clean hotel! The atmosphere and design of the hotel are all amazing and we were well greet by the hotel staff during arrival and check out. Was our honeymoon trip, they also prepare some beautiful deco to us.

Fabelhaft!!!!

Einfach traumhaft - Anlage hat erst eröffnet infolge ist alles top. Die Badewanne im Zimmer ist mein Highlight wird aber vom Pool übertroffen - das Personal hat immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen, ist äußerst net und unkompliziert. Man ist ungestört und fühlt sich wie im Paradies - jederzeit wieder !!!!!
