"It is always a shot in the dark on if a property is going to be exactly what you expect. And especially if the beds are going to be comfortable, and if the pillows will be decent. The beds were amazing, extremely comfortable. It was a cute little place. I grew up in the area and actually worked at the what used to be Schnucks and is now Hy-Vee, so I do know the area very well. "The house was clean & well stocked & very quiet inside. The only large downfall was the a/c in the 3 bedrooms did not work well at all. The entire upstairs was very hot & muggy until the sun went down. Then the mainfloor bedroom was hot all night. The house will be perfect if the a/c is figured out. We had a mouse surprise us in the kitchen but that was not a huge ordeal. "
