« This was a great homebase for our spring break to Kansas City. We loved that it was walkable to downtown shopping, restaurants and parks, and the kids loved the hot tub. The property was clean and well appointed. We had to get in touch with the hosts a couple times, and they were very responsive and helpful. »

« While reasonably furnished and clean inside, the listing felt more like a 2 or 3-star property than advertised. The bedrooms are extremely small—you can't walk around the beds or fully open the closet doors. The front door lock (the only access point) does not reliably work. Additionally, the basement is only accessible through a dark, unlit staircase in the garage. Be aware that customer service for lost items is lacking: I left a shirt in the closet and realized it an hour after checkout....

« We had a wonderful stay. Home is beautiful and spacious. All parts of the home are very well done. Close to highways, golf, The K, and just an easy place to relax. The hosts were fantastic with communication. You will be happy you stayed here. »

« Upon arriving to the property we were told they would send the door code. After several messages and a phone call they sent us a code after 4 pm. The first code they sent was wrong and had to call back a second time to get the right code. Once we entered the house we found mouse droppings all over the house including on the bed! Called again and asked for a refund as we left and got a hotel room. Did not receive a refund and they will no longer speak to me! Terrible mouse infested property!...

« This property exceeded expectations and provided a cozy, detail-oriented, and exciting location for our weekend stay. Just steps from downtown Lee’s Summit, but we didn’t want to leave! There are so many thoughtfully designed spaces to use in this house! The decor and creativity is comforting and inspiring. « This house is certainly unique! We enjoyed our brief stay and would absolutely recommend this home if you have a group. It was very clean and spacious, easy to find, and loaded with charm. I appreciated the welcoming feel, without numerous warning signs and notes about things you can't touch or open. We felt like houseguests rather than a commodity. Your home is fantastic. »
