"I booked a double queen room and upon entering my room, the first thing that greeted me was a wave of hot air. The AC in the room was disassembled and wires were all over the place. When I told the front desk about the issue, I was told that they didn’t have any other double queen rooms and they offered a king bed. I told them I specifically PAID for the 2 queen beds because we're a big family and requested 2 single rooms instead. I was told the OWNER said that they couldn’t “give me” a “free” room! I just wanted the 2 BEDS I PAID for! Unbelievable! I got charged more for the “extra” room than my original reservation cost. It’s not right treating a guest like this. I understand things happen, but when they do, the guest should be made whole and all efforts made to accommodate, not treat them like an inconvenience. "

"The floors were so dirty that walking with bare feet left my feet black on the bottom. Getting fresh towels was a task in itself and the television had to be replaced after two days without a working remote."

"elevator was out of use, my room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and the fridge had the previous guests food items in it when I checked in."

"No A/C in lobby and breakfast area only one elevator working, And you have to call front desk to send a elevator."

"Rooms were great. Loved the daily service as well. My only complaint was that all of the washers and dryers were all out of order and we needed to use them for our players to clean their uniforms. it was an inconvenience."

"Breakfast for 6 days I was there was sausages and scrambled egg - no variety. Noisy at night I had a ranting screaming woman in a room near me and nearly called the police because it felt like she was targeting a younger person in the room with her. Two nights of that. The hotel staff were great and helpful . It’s close to a shopping center that is mostly restaurants so that’s a positive but consequentially it’s noisy"
