Hubby & I stayed here 3 nights and we were very comfortable. The property was very CLEAN which is a priority. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfy and the free breakfast was typical for hotels but was all we needed to begin the day. Also felt safe. We will definitely stay here when we return.

The property was clean, quiet and I felt safe. It faces a busy highway and it’s very noisy outside, but I did not hear the traffic while inside the hotel. Easy to get to restaurants and shopping.

Nice looking hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Better than average breakfast. Although some of their tables were very low. Room was small but well designed. The bed mattress was a little too soft for me. Overall it was a good two night stay. Very reasonably priced.

Ricardo and Travis were excellent staff members! They were so kind and went out of their way to be helpful when they didn’t have to. The property itself was nice and quiet. Very easy to navigate to Richardson or University Park. Would stay here again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Around 10pm one night weird noises were heard coming from sink area, and found some sort of black material coming up from the drain. Notified management, but instead of attempting to clear drain with chemicals or plunger, we had to move to a different room. Also, since wife made reservations, she didn’t use our honors #, but couldn’t get this stay credited to the honors account by the staff.
