Rooms are very clean. Front desk staff was exceptional. Very nice dark haired lady with glasses noticed my father was walking with a cane and switched us to an accessible room. It was a very thoughtful gesture and was greatly appreciated.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. My husband and myself brought our two kids on a west coast road trip and didn’t want to spend a fortune on hotels, Bonneville Resort was reasonably priced and although we were hopeful from the photos, we weren’t expecting what we got. When we arrived, we weren’t met with the most beautiful hotel lobby/common area, friendly staff, cute gift shop and amenities were included in the reasonable cost!
The hotel room was amazing, very clean, hairdryer...

We love the outdoor area with the small lake behind the hotel. It’s very tranquil.
However, I was very disappointed to see on my credit card after our stay was over, a charge for parking. When we checked in they reviewed the booking and it was confirmed I had prepaid for the room in total but they asked for my credit card for incidentals. I asked what are incidentals and was told- nothing only if we used anything out of the...
