Hotels in Lancaster Park, Orlando

"The room smelled extremely musty, and as soon as we entered, we noticed the bed sheets for both beds were stained. Usually hotels provide small soaps, shampoo and conditioner but there was nothing, just a single tiny bar to wash your hands. Also it’s $10 of parking per night, so it’s not included with your stay. It felt more like a motel than a hotel. "

"What a beautiful property!! Plenty of amenities and restaurants. Also within walking distance to the boardwalk and Epcot! "

"Do not stay here if you are not staying in the new tower. They only cater to those staying in the tower. The other rooms are run down and smell really bad, broken phones, nails exposed, broken hooks etc etc... Some staff members do not know what customers service is need to learn how to smile more. There's bugs in the old rooms, staff aware and nothing is done. House keeping says they will come clean and never show up. Don't bother with the front desk they will not try to make you stay better. "

"The room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful! Three different pools, the one closest to us in Key west village was not too crowded and very nice! The only thing I will say is I felt too far from everything in the back villas. Otherwise everything was great! "

"Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was awesome. Mini golf was fun and good value. Staff was very friendly and good. Especially Oscar at zimmies "

"Check in was a bit rough, we got there late and there was no bedding for the pull out bed for the kids, it took over 20 mins for the front desk to answer, we did finally get bedding about an hour after we got to our room between waiting for someone to answer and it showing up. Our kids were tired and cranky waiting on bedding, which just didn’t start the trip the best. The parking lots are always very full so sometimes you have to walk a building or two over to get to your room. Not the hotels fault but people run down when the pool opens at 8 and put towels on all the chairs so good luck finding a place to sit at the pool by like 10 am! Otherwise it’s clean and decently updated, definitely not as secure as others I’ve stayed at but I’d probably stay there again for that price. "
