The house is located in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Tahoe City with Lake Views and a private HOA beach, 1 block from the house.
Prime location, 1 mile from Tahoe City. A short walk or bike ride to Tahoe House Bakery and New Moon Health food store, a 15-minute drive to Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows ski resorts.
The two-story home includes the kitchen, living room, dining area, master bedroom and bathroom on the main level. The master bedroom, dining area, and living room have sliding glass doors that access the large deck with BBQ and table which overlooks the lake.
The downstairs includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry. The hot tub is accessible through the largest of the 3 bedrooms.
The private HOA beach is a huge bonus during Covid since the public beaches can get uncomfortably crowded during the summer months.
This home offers easy winter access and nearly flat driveway.
