« I believe the clean up team need to be more professional. I dropped something that rolled under the bed, the surprise to see that this area had not been cleaned for a long long time. Found a popsicle stick against the couch in the living room. No dish cloth, only large soup spoons… Signature Suites need to re-vamp the condos, furniture… Getting old. This is my 10th year there. "Magnifique hôtel ou plutôt complexe tant c’est grand ! La chambre prémium dans tour Augustus face aux fontaines du Bellagio était splendide, spacieuse et confortable. Très belle piscine centrale qui devrait pouvoir être ouverte au delà de 18h . Le personnel fait le minimum syndical, avare en sourires et zéro conseils ! Pas de plan donné spontanément au Check-in, ni notice d’explication pour jouer : gros manque à gagner avec les touristes non anglophones !"
