Chalets in Lake County

We liked the convenience to travel around Orlando. Complimentary breakfast and dinner and shuttle busses were amazing. Hotel is located just inside Disney's Gates. Also adult drinks were complimentary in the evening (3) each. We understand why families like this hotel with a heated pool, hot tub and childrens splash area. .

This a great property, we lived the kitchen. There’s a grocery store next door plus fast food places close by. Also had laundry that we did not use but it nice to have the option especially if you are travelling with kids. The hotel was super clean, room was spacious and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Location is great, large toom, had all ameneties one would expect, breakfast included, free parking, ckeck-in and ckeck-out was perfect, the hostess was gracious and helpful with info. Good restaurants close by, interesting historic downtown. Definitely would recommend.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and a good value for the price. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

We all enjoyed our stay, love the hotel, it’s pretty new, the mattress are very comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the staff are very friendly, close to the malls, restaurant and theme park. We’re definitely coming back.

Only big issue as I was relying on the shuttle services was They definitely need more shuttle options to theme parks. It was booked up everyday as they share the bus with 6 other hotels and can only accommodate 50 passengers. Breakfast was excellent, perfect for going to Disney. Two king beds in the same room was amazing

Family of 4 with 2 teens, had a great stay in a 2 bedroom suite. We arrived early morning expecting to leave our luggage in storage but we were lucky enough to be checked in early. Redeeming our park tickets in the hotel made our park visit that much easier. The shuttle to City Walk was fast and convenient. We ate dinner on-site 2 nights and it was delicious. We enjoyed the property although we wished we could have used the pool we ran out of time. The breakfast looked good but not inclined to pay that much for a breakfast and really wished there was complimentary coffee instead of nespresso. We just ran out to McDonald’s. The shuttle did not work for Animal kingdom since it requires a bus from animal kingdom to the other parks. Staff was helpful and cheerful. Thanks very much

No elevator so going up And swim the stairs with big luggage was a challenge. The owner is very friendly. The breakfast was very good. Her banana nut bread is amazing !!!

I had an amazing trip with my husband and 4yr old. The property was well maintained and there was a good cafeteria style restaurant on the property as long with a few other things. The pool Was lively, the lifeguards were incredible at keeping the area safe. The service was amazing. There was zero noise from other rooms.
