Lots of crumbs on floor of multimedia room, no warm water in upstairs bathroom despite running water 5-10 mins as instructed, likely an actual plumbing issue or dying hot water tank. Everything else was good and convenient and set up well. Also, dead rabbit carcass found in yard of property near hottub."
