Unfortunately, my check-in experience was disappointing. The check-in location is different from the property itself, which wasn't very clear. When I called because I couldn't find anyone, the staff member responded by asking sarcastically if I hadn't seen the sign on the door. After I reached the check-in location, no one was at the reception, so I called again. When he arrived, he said, "Are you the one calling me?" and then complained that he couldn't even go to the washroom. Throughout the check-in process, he came across as intimidating and responded sarcastically whenever I asked questions. As a non-French speaker, I also felt that I was treated less respectfully, which made the experience uncomfortable. While the property itself may be fine, the customer service left a very negative first impression.

My family and I recently stayed at the Chalet in Quebec, and it was nothing short of perfect. The location is idyllic – nestled quietly, yet conveniently close to a ski resort, making it an ideal spot for winter fun. The property itself is incredibly spacious, providing ample room for the whole family to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot tub – a fantastic way to warm up and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The house was meticulously prepared, fully stocked with all the towels and cooking utensils we needed, which made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. Overall, the Chalet in Quebec offers an exceptional escape for families looking for both adventure and relaxation. Highly recommend!

We opted for the Gold plan and loved it! Breakfast was included, small plate appetizers and canapés and then dessert served in an exclusive common room from 5:00. Excellent service. But the hotel needs some refurbishing and updating. The desk chair in our room was literally shredded. This is a premium property. A wonderful and historic and perfectly located hotel. The Fairmount needs to give it some love.

Centrally located, ARC Hotel was great for our get get away in downtown Ottawa. Staff were great, accommodation was good.
