La Pintada Vacation Packages

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Riu Plaza, Panama.The hotel is extremely clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, location is exceptional as a lot of stuff is close by, KFC is right outside the hotel, Multiplaza is about a 15min walk if you like to walk. My only two downsides were: 1) the AC & the rooms being too cold even with the ac off. 2) I requested breakfast to go as I was checking out at 6am the next morning, I put in the request the night before & the receptionist told me "if they feel like giving it to me I'll get it", I was most confused as I paid for breakfast so how can I get it "IF they feel like giving it to me". On the morning of my checkout the other receptionist told me there isn't any request for breakfast to go & I assured him I made the request & what I was told, he then told me go buy breakfast at "Capital Takeaway" which is their in house cafe, and I told him I wasn't buying breakfast as I paid for breakfast. He eventually went to capital takeaway and brought me stuff that I didn't have to pay for which was nice however it wasn't stuff I ate so I just gave it away.... All in all I'll be back but please fix the situation on taking breakfast to go if the request was made the night before. I was checking out at 6am which is reasonable enough as the kitchen staff comes in 5am/5:30am

Lovely boutique property in the heart of Casco Viejo. Centrally located within the Casco, we could walk everywhere. Service was lovely and their restaurant in the main level was lovely too. Our room was a good size and it had lovely amenities. Super nice decor and very clean. There was an elevator to get to the third floor where our room was which was nice and our room had AC.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located and very friendly and comfortable. The rooms are gorgeous with a view of the bay. The staff was amazing and Sáquela restaurant is outstanding. Highly recommend the Hilton Panama.

Do not book another stay-this is the BEST. We want to come back to Panama just to stay at this hotel-I don’t even want to call it a hotel because it’s basically a resort in the Old Town. It is a living museum and that is amazing-you won’t believe it until you see it. The staff-amazing. The restaurants-OMG. The rooftop pool area-we stayed up there every afternoon when it gets pretty warm and the service was great. Poolside bar and food available all day. I have recently stayed at a Four Seasons and both my husband and I said this was absolutely nicer in every area. Make sure you eat on the restaurants-they are SO good. I will definitely be back!
