"We were scammed. This was a FAKE listing. This was a horrible situation for us. We had been grocery shopping and had to throw away nearly everything because we couldn't find a similar property with a fridge nearby. It was 8pm at night, and we had been driving 10 hours. We were exhausted. Customer Service wasn't helpful. At all. The scammers were very clever though - the key box code worked, but they changed the locks, so none of the keys worked. "They gave us one key for all the guest, had issues checking in, was a pain in the ass every time we left we had to take the key out, so no AC in the apartment"
