Disliked: Cleanliness
Photographs better than it actually is.
Cleanliness: I was given the access code the night before so the day of check-in which was 4:00 p.m. I contacted vacasa and asked if we could check in early since I already have the code. They told me no due to the fact that the cleaning crew needed timing between guests. I completely understood this, but when we did check in we found that the property was very dirty with dead bugs all over the place and cobwebs in the ceiling that you walked through, it was very obvious that nobody had been there cleaning that day or any day recently.
Another disappointing part is every time you reach out to Vacasa through the app you get a random person who is apparently in a Service Center and they ask for a confirmation code from your vacasa reservation as it is apparent they don't know who you are or where you're staying and then they have canned responses for service which basically equate to "when would be a good time for us to send out our local crew tomorrow". They always try to fix the problem the next day which is often too late and very disappointing for typical VRBO experiences where the owner is responsible and usually attentive.

Comfortable beds
Nice sized deep pool
Awesome view
lots of parking
Fast wifi included
Cons:
Property was not properly cleaned
Pool couldn't be heated at the end of March
Literal trash on the pool deck
Dead spiders on the floor when we walked in, needed to he cleaned by the guest before use.
Very few outlets that were usable.
Don't recommend!
