We love San Diego. Tower 23 is another reason to love San Diego: a beautiful building perched over Pacific Beach, lulled by the sound of ceaseless waves and blessed each evening with sunset views. A wonderful experience. My 12-year old son loved it as much as we did. The staff was superb and the hotel was immaculately maintained.
