« Very affordable, pet friendly without making you broke with fees, clean pool and convenient location. The old-school key cards kept failing and we were locked out a lot, but we made it work. Very basic continental breakfast, but the price is right! »

« Great property for a couple days stay, if one is visiting the Mayo Clinics. Nice size rooms. Get one with an even number to decrease highway noise. Breakfast was decent. I thought the motel rooms and public areas were very clean. Assistance pertaining to local area was on the mark. With all the construction at medical centers, going one block south out of the parking lot to Second "Street" is a direct method to get downtown clinics! »

« Hôtel un peu vieillot, surtout le hall d’entrée. Au bord d’une rue en travaux, mais malgré tout notre chambre donnant sur le parking était assez calme. Salle de sport ridiculement petite ; grande comme un placard et seulement 2 appareils (vélo elliptique et tapis de marche si je me rappelle bien). On n’a pas testé la piscine. La chambre était très grande et la salle de bain pratique, car douche et WC étaient séparés du lavabo. Petit-déjeuner buffet pas très varié ni très fourni, mais correct....

« I stayed at this hotel for my first trip to Mayo Clinic. The hotel has an hourly shuttle that is convenient. You can also catch the quarter-hour shuttle at St. Mary's (across the street) if you're mobile. The hotel is very casual. It's hard to figure out where to enter; I had parked and tried to get in a door that was only accessible to people with key cards; since the signage on that street indicated the hotel was *there*, that's where I tried to go in. « Really property. For parking, underground, heated, it $20 Nightly on top room. Seems rather pricey! Maybe worth it in the winter time, still, pricey. Otherwise great place to stay. Walk accross street to St Marys or schuttle and then schuttle to Mayo. GONDA buildings. »

« Stayed one night and regretted it. The room was in poor condition from the moment we walked in, clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. The bathtub was dirty and failed to drain properly, making it you stand in dirty bath/shower water. It felt like a cosmetic refresh had been done to mask deeper neglect rather than actually addressing the problems. The pool situation was somehow worse. It was packed well beyond what felt safe or comfortable, and there were children running unsupervised...

The traffic in and out of front check in parking area was ridiculous, I waited 12 minutes to be able to pull up to load our belongings. I was appreciative of the trolley ride to Mayo since there is so much construction going on and confusion. It was an okay hotel, not sure if I'll stay there again. »
