THEY GO THROUGH YOUR THINGS AND STEAL. WHEN I BROUGHT UP THAT I WAS MISSING MONEY AND JEWELRY OUR OF MY SUITCASE THEY SAID WHY WOULD I LEAVE IT IN MY SUITCASE OUT IN THE OPEN AND NOT IN THE SAFE! MY SUITCASE WAS PUT AWAY ANS ZIPPED UP, THE ONLY WAY TO GET TO WHERE MY CASH WAS YOU WOULD HAVE HAD TO OPEN MY SUITCASE AND GO THROUGH THE POCKETS INSIDE. IT’S AN DISGUSTING HOTEL I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!! ##### Victoria ### 10/10 Excellent #### KASUMI Sep 23, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities バリ島に着いた日に1泊しました。 車で空港から約20分程度です。 【客室】 大きなベッド、冷蔵庫、エアコン、スマートテレビ等の設備が整っています。 とても清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。 隣の部屋の騒音は気になりませんでしたが、廊下の音は（主にドアの開閉音）結構クリアに聞こえました。 泊まったタイミングかもしれませんが、そんなに騒音を出す宿泊客はおらず、快適でした。 【シャワールーム】 レインシャワーですが水量はしっかりあり、水捌けもよく滑ることもありませんでした。 シャワージェルとシャンプーがありますが、こだわりがある場合は持参したほうが良さそうです。 【アメニティ】 歯ブラシやシャワーキャップ、石鹸等があります。 綿棒やカミソリ、ヘアブラシはありませんでしたので必要があれば持ってくることをお勧めします。 【スタッフ】 すごく親切です。 英語が苦手な私にも丁寧に対応してくれました。 ゆっくりわかるまで説明してくれたおかげで安心して過ごせました。 雨が降っているタイミングで出かける時も傘を貸してもらうことができて助かりました。 【周辺の状況】 ホテルの目の前や横がコンビニなので、アメニティで足りないものがあれば買いに行けます。 徒歩10分圏内にスーパーもります。 飲食店も豊富にあるので立地はとてもいいと言えます。 ##### KASUMI Stayed 1 night in Sep 2025 ### 8/10 Good #### FUMITAKE Sep 22, 2024 Disliked: Staff & service 意外に良かったです！ ##### FUMITAKE Stayed 7 nights in Sep 2024 ### 8/10 Good #### Thomas Aug 20, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service Great location, staff were super friendly and really great value for money, the room was basic and facilities could use a little updating and freshening up. We used the room as a base to wait for our late flight. Heaps of food options, shopping and close to the beach.
