First of all, the hotel facilities are stunning, with a beautiful rooftop pool and dining areas. The room we stayed in was very nice, though the open concept bathroom was a bit inconvenient. The majority of the staff were excellent; however, the front desk staff (particularly the managers) were quite difficult. My group had booked a deluxe King room and a roll-away bed. Upon arriving at about 2am from a very long flight, we checked-in fine but discovered we had not been given a roll-away bed as requested. When we contacted the front desk about this, we were immediately met with defensiveness and told that we hadn't booked a roll-away bed and that they had none available. Rather than trying to work out a solution, the manager berated us and was adamantly declaring that this was our fault and not his. After finally receiving one, we were randomly woken up at 10:30pm on another night with someone at our door demanding we pay for the roll-away bed now instead of at checkout and they refused to leave until we did so. We did not fail to notice that a nearby storage room contained at least 5 roll-away beds for the duration of our stay. Throughout our stay, there were also multiple occasions where we were met with surprise additional costs. Each time, I was spoken down to and constantly interrupted by the management who were extremely defensive and clearly had no respect for me (a woman in my mid-20s). Wouldn't be surprised if this review was met with similar obstinance.
