"First of all, because our Flight was canceled by Southwest Airlines we were a day late checking in, I called the hotel explaining we would be late through no fault by us. When we checked in to the hotel we were told that because we booked through Expedia that they did not hold the room we booked for andvprepaid for. So instead of King bed we were given two QUEEN BEDS. BOTH HAD OLD HARD MATRESSES. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. VERY DISAPPOINTED! "

"Our room had a coffee pot and filters but no coffee. No facial tissue. Limited seating other than beds. Staff was wonderful. Outdoor space had a lot to offer. "

"We loved staying here for the convenient location near U Hawaii Hilo and all the Hilo sites. It’s a great walk around Banyan Dr and the park in the morning. And there is plenty of shade for pool time later in the day once beach time is done. It’s only 7 min drive to the main shopping and dining in Hilo. Great location, clean rooms, and helpful staff!"
