"I was booked a room on 24th Dec at 6pm and wish to stay on 24th Dec at 10pm, confirmation booking code was sent into my mail box. When I reached the location, the receptionise told me last minute booking will not be entertain, I am mad on this kind of services, why don't they call me before I reach the hotel? Wasted my time to find another hotel and it was 11pm!! Addition, the receptionise was talking the phone with his friend while he entertain me!!"
