Kongnyang Vacation Packages

They charge for extra pillows and/or blankets for each night! Not each stay, but each night! That’s ridiculous, it’s not renting a bed, it’s for each extra pillow and/or blanket! Only one pillow per person given and we wanted to exchange the queen blanket for 2 single ones, they still had to charge for an extra blanket per night! $4000 won per night, NOT per stay. Plus all of a sudden, both front desk ladies don’t speak English at all, we needed to use Google translate as they text their supervisor but when other foreigners came to the desk, they can speak English again…wow! Bad customer service. Look into other hotels if you can, this one is not close to the subway and very noisy, dark, not clean. No airport bus or transfer available. Only uber or subway (too far to drag luggage).

모든것이 좋았지만 부엌을 쓸때 인버터 사용방법에대한 안내서를 룸에 비치해 주셨으면 참 좋았을것 같아요. 세사람이 노력해 보았지만 불을 켤수가 없어 결국 포기했습니다. 작은 배려가 필요한부분이었습니다.

Enjoyed my stay

The botel was really nice. The staff were brilliant. Hiwever, the breakfast menu eas not brilliant. The pool was small and when I was there was full of children with inflatables, the inflatables were not supposed to be allowed. Overall is was a good hotel though.
