"I stayed 10 nights at this property. Condo is well kept, it had all necessary appliances and features a condo should have and even beach chair, snorkels and surf boards probably left by previous guests. It was a pleasure going to the pool and jacuzzi. There are a good number of Bbqs in good condition and kept clean. "This was a great property. The grounds and condo were beautiful. Small amount of beach stuff to use. Washer and dryer came in handy. It would have been nice to have some tupperware or foil in the kitchen. The walls are thin and we could hear every step made upstairs. There is a nice quiet bay within walking distance. "

"Great condo not far from town. Nice pool with hot tub, very clean. This unit was truly ocean front with large lanai and access from the bedroom or living area. Pretty quiet laid-back area, nice tide pools out front. Bring your reef shoes! We would stay at the Kona Bali Kai again."

"I honestly cannot say enough about my stay at this property. The condo itself was very nice and clean and the property owner was very attentive and communicated everything well. Above all else though is the location as you really couldn’t ask for a better location with a perfect view of the sunset every night. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and I already cannot wait to come back!"

"Condo was beautiful! Beach was right out the lani window. Gorgeous view! Surfers, tidepools to enjoy, excursion boats going by. Shopping just down the street. Condo had just about everything we would need; i kicked myself for packing so much. Holly surprised us with some treats in the kitchen to enjoy! We had a fabulous vacation and really plan on staying here again!"

"This was our first visit to the Big Island. The property manager responded to my question regarding snorkeling gears promptly. It was easy to get to the property from the airport. The property was very clean and well equipped for our needs. There were welcome gifts of local beer and snacks! We enjoyed Kona coffee provided as well. "We loved this perfect “Home Away From Home” condo. The Pacific Ocean directly across the front street Ali’i Drive and the location is exactly situated within minutes walking to everything. The secured parking was a bonus and hassle free. What we loved most was the condo had everything we needed especially in the kitchen. Extra pillows and blankets and beach gear too!!"
