It is on the top floor. We absolutely loved our stay and will return in the future. The condo unit is very quiet with mostly retired folks and the view from this unit is unmatched. We ate most of our dinners in as the views from this unit are better than any restaurant you will find. The unit was amazingly clean, AC and ceiling fans kept us cool, bed was comfortable and kitchen well stocked. There are 2 sand chairs and 2 beach towels provided. We watched the sunrise, sunsets, sea turtles and surfers from our lanai!Our ONLY complaint is the couch is quite uncomfortable. It's more like an outdoor sofa. ##### Kristy W. Wonderful location and decor and a view that was outstanding. This unit is definitely the best option in the building. The corner window view was a plus. This luxury condo unit had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated and the lanai was overlooking the ocean 40 feet below. We could watch the surfers catching waves, sunsets, turtles bobbing in the surf, whales in the distance (when in season). Great location, close to Koloa town. We would stay again. ##### Nigel R. Excellent smaller eateries and higher end restaurants locally. Nearby, shopping and beaches. Condo has all the modern amenities that you would want. It’s a two bedroom two bath, but only two can stay, which gives you a lot of room. We definitely recommend staying at this beautiful penthouse! 😉 ##### Mike F. Very walkable location to smaller beaches, spouting horn, botanical gardens and the shops at Kukuuila as well as driving to beaches, restaurants and other parts of the island. We enjoyed watching the sunset views in front of the Beach House restaurant next door. The condo was clean and spacious as shown in the pictures and well stocked with basic amenities for our 5 night stay. Communication with the property manager was prompt as we had a slight issue with the AC which was quickly attended to. Would definitely stay here again! ##### Jolene L.
