It would be more convenient if the free shuttle to/from Kawaguchiko station were available before 3 pm, but the luggage service for our departure was very nice. Rather than go back to Orange Cabin Villa to retrieve our luggage, the hotel staff transferred our luggage to their sister property, Orange Cabin Guest House, which is very close to Kawaguchiko station. So we were able to enjoy our day without having to backtrack just to retrieve our luggage. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. My only disappointment was the lack of soundproofing. Sound traveled very easily from one room to the next, and especially from the common area to my room upstairs.
