"It's the people! From the time that I stepped in the hotel, I felt welcome! The front desk are so warm, courteous, respectful, friendly, and helpful! They tended to my needs as a guest from coordinating my event (dinner cruise), waking me up to go to the airport, arranging my taxi to the airport prior to my flight, and went above and beyond-they even packed a care package of breakfast for me since I left at 3:00 am to go to the airport!!! I will highly recommend this place and most of the guests I met in the hotel are all returning customers! I will surely come back to this hotel!!! I have been to 53 countries and stayed in many hotels but nothing compared to the care and sensitivity the staff of Sultanhan given to me! I enjoyed my stay in Istanbul because of their hotel staffs! Thank you so much and I appreciate the care!!! (P.S. Did I forget to mention that they really have the real honey beehive as a honey for breakfast?)"
