"Do not stay here, total false advertisement. We went to Kigali for a conference and booked this hotel for the week, but This place is defined not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are old, disgusting and very old carpets and curtains, very poor lighting, not flat screen tv’s and barely working to non existent wifi. All of these advertised in their website. "The place has great potential. A few things can be improved to make it better. The breakfast is basic, there is less things to eat each day. The food at restaurants is overcharged based on what you can find at nearby and better restaurants. Room are comfortable but amenities in room is lacking.. eg: there was only 2 hangers. Sanitary equipment is very old and outdated in bathrooms etc. The few improvements can give the place a better reputation and attract more customers. "
