This is an incredible hotel! They are very kind and helpful. They even provide free laundry and free massages for guests. The hotel is close to the city center, and even closer to the airport: a perfect location.

Everything was ideal. The breakfast was superb and dinner was excellent (loved the soups) The rooms, bathrooms, and showers are immaculate. But truly the staff was the best. The only thing I will point - the TV don’t work. Stayed here twice neither of my rooms had a working TV. But small when everything else is so well done.

Basic hotel off the main area. Dining options nearby. On bottom of hill, carrying luggage was a challenge. Overall average

quite place

The staff are friendly, and the location is quite still. I didn't expect breakfast at all, but it was much better than I thought.

I booked this hotel however, they sent me to the sister hotel Nest Kimi. The location is amazing, 15 minutes walk to the convention center where, there great restaurants. It is a very walking area of town very safe also. There are many dining options around the hotel Nest Kimi itself just few steps away. There is no room cleaning services throughout my 4 days there. The breakfast area is smaller but you can order options from the menu whis great. You can order smoothly, pancakes, omelets. No ac or fan in the room. There is a nest in the room but not prevent some bites however. Be aware that they may ask to again at the check out even with prepaid reservation. You need to have your Hotels.com recept with you
