"This Hotel is in the center of Kigali and near the City Tower, you can easily walk there. The rest was very disappointing... Loud construction works going on, no hot water in my room, the free airport transfer which was PROMISED and is advertised on the website was NOT provided (don't believe any promise made by a guy named IVAN. He first said there is no free airport transport, then agreed about it and took note of my flight details but never sent the taxi!). No mosquito nets on the windows and...
