This spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom + loft townhouse comfortably sleeps 10, with a king bed, two queen beds, three twin sleeper sofas, and a fold-up cot. Enjoy the luxury of a private hot tub on the balcony, an updated kitchen, private laundry, and a two-car garage. While the nearest lift is just a 10-minute walk to the Mountain House Base Area, you’re also only a short drive to the River Run slopes. Additionally, Arapahoe Basin is less than 10 minutes away. You’ll be within walking distance of local shops and restaurants, offering the perfect blend of convenience and mountain getaway relaxation. From the entryway head upstairs to the main living area. The living area features vaulted ceilings and cozy leather furniture. There's a flat screen TV next to a beautiful gas fireplace with stone surround. All TV's are smart TVs with a Roku or Firestick. Just off the living area is access to the balcony featuring a private hot tub. Soak tired muscles after a long day of outdoor adventure and take advantage of the grill when making home-cooked meals. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is also a half bath on this main level. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The first primary suite is on the main level near the living area. It features a king-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program, large windows and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a garden tub and a walk-in shower. The second primary suite is upstairs and features a queen-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and a twin sleeper sofa. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. There's also a loft area just outside the suite that offers extra space and storage. The third primary suite is downstairs on the lower level of the townhouse and features a queen-sized on our Ivory White Bedding program and a mounted flat screen TV. Close to mountain house and Peru lift which was super convenient. Hot tub was AMAZING but is close to the highway. If you want more secluded, I probably wouldn’t choose this place but overall it worked perfect for us. Check in is at 4:30 PM and I asked if we could check in early if it was ready and it would’ve been a 15 few for every hour before 4:30\. I thought that was weird.. we’ve stayed other places where they don’t care if we check in early if the house is ready.. so that was kind of annoying. There were 6 of us that stayed in this really nice, lovely condo! We really enjoyed the entire space and hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary dishes/pots/pans etc. Everything was really clean. We loved the location. The only thing I would say to pay attention to is the ONLY parking for this condo is the 2-car garage. Our vehicle did not fit, and it was stated on our check-in page that we could not park on the driveway. I had never imagined this would be a problem. I went to the adjoining neighbor and luckily they were the owners of their condo and said there is parking behind our unit. There was a nice guest parking lot ride behind us that was never close to full. So thankful for the kind neighbor! We would definitely stay here again, bringing a blowup mattress though next time as pull out couches are not very comfortable for a 17 yr old. :) ##### Shawnae D. Location is very close to resort or shuttle parking lots and restaurants. GPS didn’t take us to the right home, so be sure and follow directions to the unit from the checkin instructions. Townhome is three story with the garage, one bedroom, & laundry room on entry level. Kitchen, living, deck/hot tub and master bedroom on 2nd level, and third bedroom on 3rd level. Deck floor is heated so even with snow you can get to the hot tub which was really nice. This is a two unit townhome so there was noise from the other unit. Could hear them talking and yelling through walls, but that was also while they were watching a football game. Garage is very low clearance, like 6ft so our f250 was too high to park inside and you cannot park in the driveway or you block the other units garage, which means we had to obtain parking off site. Just keep in mind if you have a taller suv/truck. Garage is heated so it was perfect for storing the gear at the end of the day. Kitchen was stocked with all the cooking utensils we needed. Hot tub was wonderful after long hiking days. Great location for accessing multiple trail heads. Master bed was a bit uncomfortable, i could feel every move my husband made. Also the light beems in through upper window. Water pressure depletes if you run the washing machine so just need to time showering not when washing clothes. Other than that everything was great, communication with prop mgmt company was easy. The only problem we had was the garage door code not working so we had to open and close it from inside and use main door. Two were pickups and only one would barely fit in garage. Neighbors couldnt get in their garage at all so they didn't mind us parking in the drive. The only tv that actually had a signal was in the living room. Bring your own cooking pans, the ones provided are impossible to cook on, an upgrade to a new set of cheap pans would go a long ways. Should be clear that there is only parking for 2 vehicles and a third will have to pay to park ($25-night off property).
