Guests #7 and #8 incur a fee of $100 per person per night, and all guests must be included on the reservation prior to arrival. We welcome one dog up to 25 lbs with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Free parking on-site is guaranteed for one vehicle, which include a golf cart rental. Dockage details: maximum boat length 40 ft, maximum beam 13 ft, with an 18-ft fixed bridge clearance into the marina. Overnight stays on boats are not permitted. Les lits étaient très confortables, les pièces spatieuses, avec une vue superbe sur la marina. L'accès à un grand balcon était aussi un plus. La localisation est idéale. Nous étions à 10 - 15 minutes de vélo de deux superbes plages et du centre-ville de Key West. Kim est une hôte hors pair. It is a bit further from Duval than we usually stay, but still walkable to all the fun. The balcony was large and the view of the marina and the bay is great. We saw manatee and a nurse shark hanging out at the docks. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. Management was easy to deal with and responsive. ##### Vanessa A. There were a few minor issues (loose sink, light bulb) which the property manager took care of as soon as possible. The view was lovely. There is a firehouse close by but we did not hear the sirens after 10\. One thing I was told after the fact was that the manager and the pest control person came in while we were out for the day. I was surprised by this. So, yes, stay and enjoy Key West. ##### Ronda B. The condo was a hub as we went fishing and saw the sites in Key West. It was walking distance to charter boat row which made things easy. The unit was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. Nice sitting on the balcony in the evening. My daughters were thrilled that a manatee came to the dock. Great experience. ##### Doug J. This place was so sweet, with a great view and close to everything; but away from all of the night time noise. Everything was neat and clean, and we loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the water and watching the sun rise. We even had a TV in each bedroom. We were expecting to walk anywhere we wanted, which would have been very easy. However, right before the trip my daughter broke her foot. Located right next to Truman made It very easy to drive the car anywhere we wanted to go. The owner was a delight to work with and checked in with us via text to make sure all was ok. This condo unit and its facilities were amazing. The location was ideal, we loved being able to sit outside on its large patio and watch fishing boats come in/out everyday. The condo was clean and really well equipped with everything we needed. We hope to make another trip soon with a few over our friends. The noise, hustle and general cramping spaces are fun to visit, but so nice to relax in a little more room that is just around the corner. Not to mention, this location is much closer to supermarkets and other stores. I want to add that having TWO parking spaces (we used one for the rental that we only needed because we flew into Ft. Lauderdale) and the other for the golfcart. Golfcart is all you need for the entire town. My understanding is a boat slip comes with it as well if you need it. They have a fish cleaning station right by the dock so nice to see the fish come in. The pool was warm and very nice as well. The view over the marina was spectacular and relaxing. Yes, there is a slight road noise from the balcony, but it was not enough to be a bother to any of us and actually just added to the ambiance.
