« Of all the hotels we've ever stayed in, we've never heard the noise from the room above us like we did last night. There must not be a barrier of any kind between us. We heard everything.
They tromped across the floor, dropped things, and tumbled until after 2am, constantly.
The front desk couldn't move us because no rooms were left. They said they would address it with the guests, but nothing changed if they did. The noise continued.
I thought they always saved a couple rooms back because of...
