« We weren't able to stay at this property due to car trouble. The staff helped us find alternative lodging where we were waiting for the car to be repaired. However, they did so with much additional pressure to purchase a vacation package at other hotels in the IHG group.The help was appreciated, the pressure was not. »

« The check in person at the front desk is racist and I am a black female. He checked in a white couple in front of me, greeted them and told them about the fee for incidents, and the man asked how much the fee was. The check in person told them a different fee than when it was my turn, I was not greeted and was charged the whole fee and an additional fee, both I will be contesting with my bank. We also took pictures of the room before we left to prove the room was left decent. »

« Pos- Convenient location , clean room. Appreciated breakfast. Neg- Pool was closed and property could use a bit of sprucing up. »

« Parking was close, staff were friendly, property was clean, and my doggo was welcomed! Only downfalls were the dirty towels, had some questionable stains on them and I am glad I brought my own, and the A/C cut out in the early morning hours. I woke up to a moist floor at 4 am trying to turn the A/C back on, also the dog fees are pretty high for a less than 12 hour stay. Would recommend, but probably wouldn’t stay again, especially traveling with my dog. »

« This place reeked of marijuana the second I walked through the front doors! It permeated the ENTIRE building! The walls are thin and you can hear everything going on in the rooms next to you and in the hallway. There were people partying across the hall from us and we heard their music and them being loud until pretty late. If you like to party and smoke weed, this is the place for you. If you are looking for somewhere quiet to sleep and rest, I would advise you to stay somewhere else. »

The only complaint I could give would be the $100 additional refundable fee demanded to check in due to using the Expedia App. I am a Holiday Inn Rewards customer. I don’t think that was necessary. To cancel the room and start over with a reservation at the counter meant I would not be allowed to stay. Again, doesn’t make good common sense. Especially if using Expedia was the problem. « The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. When we arrived and settled in our room we decide to go down stairs and try out the Japanese restaurant and to our surprise the food was great. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel. »
