« The pool was closed by authorities because of unsafe conditions. The house emergency phone in the hallway didn't work. And the room key card system was not properly functioning. Room card keys didn't work until the system was corrected. A daylight savings time change issue. »

« Staff were courteous. Room and building were clean. Bathroom was clean. It was a mobility accessible room and a sliding bench shower chair was shown in ad. However there was only a shower chair in the tub. This was barely adequate. There was a used coffee cup that had been shoved back against the wall between two pieces of furniture. If we are in the area again, we would stay here. »
