We stayed at this location due to a home UK game and everyone was price gouging, so this location was the cheapest I could find and not be sleeping with bugs. When I booked it said “Main Stay," I assumed that’s what we were staying at. When we got there it said Quality Inn. Which was fine, but it was confusing. Had I known I could have went through the Choice Hotel app. (The receptionist told us the bottom floor is Main Stay, the 2nd floor is Quality Inn.) In my reservation I put that I had a physical limitation since I’m wearing a huge boot cast on my left leg due to severely pulled tendons. Didn’t matter, Our room was on the 2nd floor, halfway down the hall that looked like something out of the movie The Shining! It wasn’t nasty or dirty, didn’t smell bad, and it was well lit. Just…felt creepy. The room had all amenities. It was no where near as clean as it should have been. Carpet was full of stains. Bathroom was not “Quality Inn” clean! The floor wasn’t clean. Walls and doors need to be cleaned and sanitized. Corners were full of dirt and dust. The beds and pillows were ok. We only had a partial roll of toilet paper that was already on the roll holder, no more was left in the room. 2 big towels, 2 wash cloths. I guess we were supposed to rinse our wash cloth out and hang it to dry so we can use it again! Which is what we did. All we needed was the one night. The whole place just seemed off. Clean the floors! Get rid of the carpet!!!

The room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty, tub had debris and hair in it, the wall beside sink was filthy and there was something on the side of toilet that looked like a booger. I left before 2nd night.

Desk staff were all kind and very helpful. Here's what happend. I chose the Quality Inn by the rating and price and location. They got as close as I thought I could to best. I read reviews. The lobby was very nice. Staff great. I knew as soon as we walked to the elevator what was coming. Frayed carpet at the door entrance. Dirty inside elevator with broken tile. We were on the 3rd floor. Room 315 I can not speak for the others. Inside room big and neutral. I liked that. But bathroom horrible. Mold dirty vents needed new tub. Doors painted with so many coats of paint old carpet. We was there for 3 nights. Not 1 time did our room get cleaned. Not once. After first night we stop at desk and ask. We were supposed to request before 8 am for that day. Ok we didn't read that anywhere. Ok. We request for day 2\. We pickup fresh towels. Day 2 we didn't get cleaned. We just didn't bother for day 3\. We divided out the leftover towels and made due. But on day 2 bags of garbage started piling up in our long hallway. I mean piling up outside the rooms. I have never seen that before. How did this Quality Inn get a 8.4 very good rating? What went wrong? We come home after 4 days 3 nights and I still see those commercials for the hotel chain ? And the breakfast. My husband loves breakfast. On am #2he walked next door to McDonald's and had a McGriddle. I won't say anymore. Ok. I'll stop there. I wish I could say Thank You. But No Thank You.
