The property is perfect. Clean, organized, warm, and welcoming. We arrived late after a long haul of a road trip. I just recently had knee surgery and it was my first time out after a long recovery with little movement. When we woke up in the morning to the alarm clock in the room, we realized shortly after that the time change had occurred and we now had less than an hour to get ready and get out. I called the front desk to see if we could get that hour back, and was told “No. We can’t help you with that. You need to be out by 11.” So that put a rush on us getting out and didn’t have time to shower. Paid $160 for a room which was a nice room and nice property, but having to rush with a painful knee for a time change that we thought took place Sunday NIGHT into Monday morning really made that $160 fee like a huge waste.

The room is clean. Updated. I like that the hard surface floors can be cleaned. However, all the hard surfaces give it a cold appearance. The bed was comfortable. The price is reasonable. The lady at the front desk was friendly and personable. I do not like talking to reservations when booking a room. I prefer speaking to someone at the front desk. They know more about the hotel and the surroundings.
