« Easy check in, snacks and water were a nice touch and much appreciated. This was my first experience with VRBO or any other platform like it. The house was pretty clean overall and the electric fireplace was great given that the first night was in the low 20s. Good communication from the owner as the refrigerator/freezer wasn’t on when I arrived and the freezer had defrosted. For my 2 night stay there was only one wash cloth and no hand towel. I didn’t spend more time than sleeping and getting...

« Absolutely beautiful house. Minor issue upon check in, the wrong entry code was given prompting us to reach out to guests services. Once the host was contacted, check in was simple. Other issues included the linen in two of the bedrooms were not changed from previous guests. Master bedroom and children’s bunk beds had previously used sheets on the beds. The floors throughout could have been mopped prior to our stay, we noticed upon walking barefoot and with white socks on. The master shower had...
