This is a Non-Smoking House. Also No Pets or Parties and 14 max guests (8 max adults). Book Today! The Space: This 3 acre Home with Private Pond on property, is located in Stevensville/Kent Island has a quiet & peaceful setting at the end of a cul-de-sac. The first floor has the Kitchen, Living Room with a large sectional sofa, a Full Bathroom, a Sauna w/Shower, the Master Bedroom with King Bed, and the 2nd Bedroom with Queen Bed. Located on the upper level is a Bedroom/Loft Area that sleeps 6 with 2 Full-Sized Beds and a Full Pullout Sofa. Upper level also has a 2nd Master Bedroom with a King-Size Bed and Full Bathroom. There are Smart TV's with streaming services in the living room and Master Bedroom. The House also has WIFI, A/C, Heating, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Kitchen Supplies, etc. Blankets, pillows, linens and bath towels ARE provided with the home. The Kitchen is equipped with cookware and essentials for all your cooking needs. Guest Access: You will have full access to the entire house and property, with the exception of the garage, and exterior buildings. Other Things to Note: \- The home is two stories with necessity to climb a few stairs to access the entry and a set of stairs to access the upper floor inside. Adam was great to work with from start to finish! He was accommodating of our situation and incredibly attentive as needed! The house has a fabulous layout and worked out well for a party of or size. The beds were really comfortable, and the lounging areas are ample and cozy as well! The property is private and beautiful! If you are looking for a getaway, look no farther!
