Nice breakfast. Staff super friendly

I read some of the reviews and just expected a basic airport hotel. I couldn't have been more wrong. It was the nicest room of our 3 week trip, the bed and sheets were excellent and the room furnishings and bathroom were beautiful, modern and high quality (a granite slab shower for example). The breakfast was varied and hot, tasty too. Prompt drop off to airport in a modern minibus. What more could you want. I will stay here for sure next trip to New Orleans.

5 star place to stay in New Orleans!

Friendly staff, very good for a short stay.

Property was very clean , staff pleasant and helpful. Had shuttle service from airport and return even at 3 am. Also provided shuttle to cruise terminals . Had a great snack and soda service . Morning breakfast was good , they could use more tables and seating , although it was a busy morning so maybe not an issue normally

Pas de tapis, bravo enfin un hôtel sans tapis.

Great location, room and amenities. Very good breakfast included, and having a large room with so many amenities has been great for the price.

Staff were great, and helpful.

We had plenty of space for us and the 3 friends staying with us. Even snagged a cot for our 1 friend to join us which was helpful. Loved having a kitchen to cook breakfast especially and a fridge to keep our water, fruit, veggies and other groceries cold as needed. Plus the freezer was great for our frozen fruit and ice cubes/ ice pack. Right next to a great little diner called American Pie Diner open 24 hours. Down the street from Walmart for a quick trip to grab groceries or other necessities....

Toilet was leaking then they gave us new room Pool was not working or not open

Staff was friendly. Nice place.

The chief, front desk staff and maids provided great customer service, they were welcoming and polite, also doing the best they can to satisfy customer’s request. The food is cooked and served well. Thank you very much for the services.

We love thé driver shuttle thanks for thé ride

The staff wss absolutly great. In fact one person at hotel loaned me s charger so zI could chage my phone I will highly rrcommendthis hotel to my Canadian friends.

Clean, comfortable bed and room. Good tv. Staff helped us with an early check in and shuttle from and later to the airport. Only negative is there is not much to do or see on that part of the city.
