"Our group of 4 fishermen had a fantastic week long stay in the Eagles Nest. Our group returns year after year because Ron and Katia are fantastic hosts who make sure we have everything we need and treat us as treasured guests. The property is beautiful and right on the river with fantastic views. Beds are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. Best of all is the fabulous gazebo with the best fire pit in Alaska! Highly recommended."

"Great lil cabin. Spacious bathroom and nice kitchen and living room area. The cabin was clean and a really nice spot to stay at in Sterling. Communicating with the owner also great as he responded immediately to a dead battery in one of the smoke detectors and it was fixed. Loved my stay in Sterling! "

"Excellent accommodations. 2 bedrooms , 11/2 baths, full equipped kitchen, and beautiful pavilion with a one of a kind fire pit. Truly enjoyed visiting with Ron and Katia. Cabin was wonderful and the scenery cannot be beat. We will definitely rent this wonderful place again on our next trip to beautiful Alaska!! Thanks to the host for helping to make our time in Alaska so wonderful!"

"Views and access to fishing are spectacular. The property grounds and unit were well maintained and felt like a well loved cabin. If you are looking to stay on the Kenai and are ok being about 10 to 20 minutes from town/fishing pull-ins….then it’s the perfect setting. We loved it. Extremely quiet. "
